Jake is a 3L from Queens, New York. He is a graduate of Hofstra University with a degree in Political Science. Mock Trial has been a meaningful part of his academic journey for nearly a decade, beginning as a captain of his high school team, continuing through college competition, and now at GW Law. The experience has deepened his engagement with the law, ultimately shaping his goal of becoming a litigator. Outside of Mock Trial, Jake is involved with the Federal Circuit Bar Journal, Law Revue, and the GW Law Student Ambassadors.

Caroline is a 3L from Grand Rapids, Michigan, with a strong interest in appellate and complex litigation. Through her involvement with Mock Trial, Caroline has developed a passion for litigation and advocacy, gaining valuable experience in legal analysis, courtroom presentation, and oral advocacy. She is also involved with the Federal Circuit Bar Journal and Law Revue, where she continues to pursue her interests in legal writing and advocacy.

Jack is a 3L from Miami, Florida currently serving as the VP of Externals. He has participated in mock trial since undergrad, and served as the AVP of Trainings last year. After law school, Jack will be working for a D.C. firm and clerking for a federal judge in Florida. Outside of law school, Jack has two cats and enjoys going to museums around D.C.!

Matthew is a 2L from Rochester, New York, who majored in Economics and Political Science as an undergraduate. He is interested in pursuing a career in litigation and also serves on the SBA Senate. Last summer, Matthew worked for the U.S. District Court for the Western District of New York. Fun fact: Matthew once operated the oldest roller coaster in the United States!

Ben is a 2L from Fairfield, Connecticut. He went to UConn for undergrad where he majored in finance. In addition to being Secretary of the Mock Trial Board at GW Law, Ben is also a 1L Student Advisor, the Vice President of the Legal History Society, and a Civil Procedure Tutor. He is interested in civil litigation.
